Beat Camp provides students the opportunity to learn hands-on by doing.Keep your child engaged throughout the summer with electronic music creation! The best part? Your child will form new friendships and will learn a skill!In the music production camps, students learn how to compose & produce their own beats and songs using software devices.Students do not have to have any prior musical training.
Students will not need to bring anything but themselves and a curious mind! No additional music equipment is required.

Camp Information

1. Who Will Lead Beat Camp?
Mr. Green is a certified STEM educator with over 20 years of music production experience, will be the lead instructor. He has taught hundreds of students and brings a fun, culturally relevant, and tech-forward approach to learning music.
2. Who Is Beat Camp For?
Beat Camp is designed for students ages 10–17 who are curious about music, beat-making, or digital creativity. No prior experience is needed—just a passion for sound and a willingness to learn!
3. What Will Students Create?
By the end of the week, each student will have produced 1–2 original beats using professional tools. All projects can be downloaded and shared with friends, family, or potential collaborators.
4. What Will Beat Camp Look Like?
Beat Camp is fully virtual and combines live instruction with hands-on activities. Students will join sessions via Zoom and complete lessons, challenges, and uploads through Google Classroom. All tech requirements and lesson materials will be provided inside the classroom portal.
5. What Platform and Tools Will Be Used?
We’ll be using Zoom for live instruction and Google Classroom for daily lessons and feedback. Production will be done on free, student-friendly platforms like Soundtrap or BandLab (details provided after registration).
6. What Equipment Do I Need?
A laptop or desktop computer with internet access, headphones, and a quiet space for focused learning. Tablets can work in some cases, but computers offer the best experience. All software used is free or provided.
7. When Will It Take Place?
Camp runs Monday through Friday, 1:00–4:00pm CST.
Each age group has a dedicated week. Check the registration form and calendar below to find your child’s session.
8. How Much Is Beat Camp?
Just $199 per camper for a full week of live instruction, music production tools, feedback, mentoring, and a downloadable music portfolio.
9. Is This Live or Self-Paced?
This is a live, instructor-led experience with interactive components, daily guidance, and real-time support. Recordings of sessions will be available for review.
10. Will There Be a Final Showcase?
Yes! Campers will participate in a Virtual Beat Showcase on the final day, sharing their favorite track(s) with friends, family, and fellow students.
11. Can Parents View Their Child’s Work?
Absolutely! Parents are welcome to attend the virtual showcase and will receive access to their child’s completed projects and beat files.
12. Are Scholarships or Discounts Available?
At this time, we do not offer scholarships, but group registration and sibling discounts may be available. Please contact us for more details.

Algebra I Camp!

What Is Algebra Camp?
Algebra Camp is a live, virtual summer experience that helps middle and high school students strengthen their Algebra skills and math mindset in just one week.

- Explore how variables model real-life situations
- Learn how math shows up in trends, stats, and decisions
Day 5 – Practice Problems & Strategy
- Solve high-leverage Algebra problems step by step
- Use test-taking strategies for confidence
- Build a personal resource bank to use during the school year

What Is STEM Portfolio Camp?
STEM Portfolio Camp is a weekend experience designed to help students in grades 6–12 create powerful, polished STEM portfolios that showcase their skills, creativity, and growth.
Whether you’re applying to competitive programs, building a college-ready resume, or just getting started, this camp guides students in documenting and demonstrating their STEM journey.Each weekend includes two days of live instruction and hands-on digital creation, focused on building a standout portfolio for school, scholarships, and beyond.Daily Themes:Day 1 – Personal Branding & Portfolio Structure
- Learn what makes a strong STEM portfolio
- Explore examples of competitive student portfolios
- Identify your strengths, interests, and unique STEM voice
- Build your digital or physical portfolio structure from scratch
Day 2 – Projects, Evidence & Presentation
- Choose and organize your best STEM projects and experiences
- Add photos, reflections, data, and artifacts
- Connect your skills to future goals (e.g., STEM programs, internships, competitions)
- Finalize your portfolio and prepare for sharing or submission

- Incoming 6th–12th grade students
